haha I absolutely love it here! and I love my companion!!! She is from Equador and she is super cool! its her second change in the field so she isnt boring at all and we have a lot of fun and are working soooo hard! its really the greatest!
But also, we have a washing machine in our house. just take that in. i havent even SEEN a washing machine since the CCM. and now I can wash my clothes however I want! the problem is that I completely forgot how... whatever I just throw in the detergent and hope that it works. (guatemalan princess problems or what)
I really dont have much to write this week. this sketchy internet cafe just changed my writing into italics so were getting fancy I think. We had to go to the capital this week. yep a SEVEN hour bus ride to the cap and so that happened and we lost two days of work, but it was fun! I mean as fun as 7 hours on a bus without air conditioning can be! haha for anyone that EVER complains about plane rides again well I have stuff to say in spanish about that.
But my companion is so fun! she is so crazy, there was kind of a reason why I never liked babysitting when I was in my juventud but now its like I am repenting for that. I have to run oafter her a lot because she leaves me haha its really funny but I mean she loves to work and I love to work so were getting along so well!!!
My branch is super awesome!! but its tiny. its so fun to be in little guatemalan branches because there is a ton of well false doctrines that sometimes go on and like these horses that come into our chapel all the time but there are a ton of wild horses here that like are like the chuchos of the street. uh dogs. chuchos are dogs. and these horses are just all over the place bleeding and eating trash, its unreal. so we have to herd those guys out on the regular. This week in church someone said that we could pray to Jesus and and teacher said that was okay and then my comp stood up and gave them a bunch of cincho! haha it was super funny.
But we are teaching like 4 people that are really great!
2 of them are Ana and Katy and they are family of a family of members and they are super pilas and the mom Ana, her mom is a member too! and her sister, and Katy is her daughter. They are like so fun to visit!
Well thats all for this week, I promise I am not getting boring, its just that I am a little overwelmed because I am getting asked a whole bunch of questions and lack of time.
SHOUT OUT TO MY MOM THAT HAD A BIRTHDAY ON SATURDAY. SHES THE REAL QUEEN.
